Patio cost depends on size, finish (broom, stamped, or decorative), and site prep needed. We give itemized, straight estimates after a free on-site consultation rather than a ballpark number that changes later.

You can generally walk on new concrete after 24–48 hours and add furniture after about a week, but it takes about 28 days to reach full strength — longer in cold weather. See our full guide on concrete curing times in Colorado for details.

We can pour in cooler weather using cold-weather concrete mixes and protective blankets, but late spring through early fall is generally the most reliable window for driveway and patio pours in Colorado.

Yes — we install both. Sod gives you a real grass lawn that's green the day we finish. Artificial turf is a good fit if you want to cut down on watering and mowing long-term. We'll talk through which makes more sense for your yard.
